Case Manufacturing constructs its products with careful attention to detail and commitment to achieve a high level of quality that is free of defect in materials and workmanship.  Case Manufacturing warrants to the original purchaser of the product from the date of purchase order the following guarantees.

CASEGOODS

• One year limited warranty on the finish (including chairs)
  

• Ten year limited warranty on overall general construction

• Lifetime warranty on the hardware

CHAIRS

1 year replacement guarantee on all components including gas cylinders, base controls, arms, structure, frame, foam and casters. That is everything but the fabric.

The warranty shall be effective from the date of purchase on your original receipt.  This warranty excludes product abuse, misuse, or any alterations of the product by you. Should any product(s) fail, take it back to where the product was purchased.  The dealer will then send the defective part(s) or product(s) to Case Manufacturing, freight prepaid. Case Manufacturing, at its discretion, will repair or replace the part(s) or product(s).  Case Manufacturing shall not be liable for any cost, liabilities, lost profits, loss of goodwill or any other general, special, incidental or consequential damages incurred in connection with the purchase of the product. The above guarantee is based upon normal commercial use, on a standard eight- hour workday, five days per week, when the product is used by a person weighing 250 lbs. or less.  Please contact Case Office Furniture
